Any request for an exchange or refund should be emailed to Sara Verdier within 30 days of receiving an item. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Any item with damage not caused by Sara Verdier or the shipping company will be declined.
Any fees associated with shipping the item(s) is non-refundable.
All refunds will be made back to the same payment method used to place the original order.
If the Sara Verdier jewelry you have received isn’t the right fit, we will send you a replacement in the correct size totally free. Each item can be exchanged free-of-charge once.
Warranty
All items from Sara Verdier have a two years limited warranty against manufacturing defects. We provide free replacements for items that tarnish within a year of the purchase date.
The following are however, not covered under our warranty:
1) Tarnishing after one year from the date of purchase. An item that contains gold and/or other metals will naturally tarnish over time.
2) Damage to the item not caused by Sara Verdier or the shipping company.
